ok in the past day i have been having troubles with my laptop, i cannot open anything such as my computer or and programs

2 days ago windows media player and itunes stopped working and now resulting to this... can someone pleeeaaase help

it is something to do with explorer.exe and comes with the message



"the remote procedure call failed and did not excectute"
