The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed Error In Windows Problem....

hi all.

today after turning off the computer from the Power button, it didn't instantly off, it turn it off normally.
after rebooting the windows crashed, forced me to reset using the reset button,
windows offers me to do a Repair or continue normally, i chose Repair, and it restore it to a earlier point.

all i just did before these, is Uninstalling Nokia PC suite and OVI Suite. because they couldn't enter the main memory of my phone.
but before they worked normally.
however this error message appeared every time i try to install a program



what should i do ??? help me please.

ok problem solved,
i found a reg file in some website, i run it then restart and everything goes ok.

Yes, but i do another thing together with the cmd trick.

there is a reg file at the end of the article "Restore Windows Installer Service" 7 kb.
which can only be downloaded by Internet explorer for unknown reason.
i did the cmd then run the reg file, the problem didn't solved until restart.

I'm having a similar problem with the windows installer except would I need windows installer 5.0 because I am running windows 7? From what I've seen, 4.5 is intended for XP and vista.
