I'm running Windows 7 build 7057 64-bit. I've disabled UAC, tried putting it on the 2nd to lowest level, and removed the windows experience reporting non-sense, but explorer.exe always crashes whenever I toll-tip my mouse over the wireless network taskbar icon.

Any ideas?
