At the moment I have stopped editing, and so have the bluescreens.
Is 'Premiere8' the problem here you reckon or is it hardware, bug related?
    Any help would be great!

    thanks!

Please follow this on how to post crash dumps:

    http://windows7forums.com/windows-7-...d-problem.html

Otherwise for now, 0x3B errors are typically caused by antivirus in use or older video card drivers. Please uninstall your current antivirus with the special tool found at the following link. Install MSE as a replacement after.

Also, visit NVIDIA.com or game.amd.com for the latest video card driver, depending on your model.

Cool, then uninstall the Avast! as shown how to do and replace with MSE. Problems should go away then.

You should probably update this Realtek networking driver. Look in the device manager for your type of specific network device from Realtek and find the new driver by searching for the number at the following link:

    Code:
    Rt64win7 Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 04:04:13 2009
    Realtek

Also, update any/all software such as Roxio or whatnot that has cd/dvd burning capabilities in order to update this driver:

    Code:
    PxHlpa64 PxHlpa64.sys Wed Mar 12 21:58:17 2008

Re: Two BCCode 50 & 3b in the last hour...HALP!

All was going well with the advice you gave, then another BSOD occured BCCode50 again!
I have uninstalled and wiped clean Avast from my system using the AV uninstaller, however I wasnt able to load up the RealTek drivers from the link you provided, as Win7 keeps bringing up a popup about it being an untrusted source?
I click 'allow' but the popup keeps returning untill I cancel and get out of setup...

Also I got the following message on the BSOD: win32k.sys as the cause of the error

    does this help?

    p.s. I have added an up-to-date dmp.zip below

I would boot to safe mode + networking to download and install the latest Realtek driver. Also as a temporary testing measure, go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.sys.BAK

Reboot into normal mode after and hope for the best. Good luck.
