Window 7 problems and lack of training

I have a few problems with Windows 7

All of a sudden I cannot received attachements

When I have more than one message how to isolate a message to anwer or delete without deleting all of them

My video frezzes wthen I use U-tube or other video attachments. I downloaded ADOBE flash with no results

How do I save an email to my hard drive

Any help or a reference to a book that would help me understand Windows 7 would be appreciated

The brief video tutorials are not much help for details

Wish I had XP back

I find Google very helpful in this circumstance ! I use it for many of these reasons !
