missing bootmgr

hi, so i thought my laptop had virus so i chose to do the system recovery. it formatted all installation in my laptop and during the reinstalling period, i canceled it because i had to go. the next day i turned it back on, it showed:

“BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart
_”

sorry i dont have a CD/DVD to recover. wondering if anyone can help? thanks.

See if this will work Download Windows 7 System Recovery Discs — The NeoSmart Files it is supposed to boot to recovery consol. You can try startupp repair from there.
