    Bad to Worse

In an effort to fix my 2D graphics problem I updated drivers for my EVGA nForce 750i FTW motherboard (15.35)
    Reboot
I flash my bios - BIG MISTAKE
    EVGA E175_SZ1B.iso
After 3 reboots and my first trip to Win7 SAFE MODE LAND.
Windows recovered but my performance is 1/2 - maybe the BIOS is 32 bit?

The only thing it is faster at now is 2D Rectangles +23%
I guess I got what I was asking for, but at what cost?

PassMark Performance test 6.1 - Win XP Home x86, Win 7 Ultimate x64, Win 7 Ultimate x64-bios & nForce update
CPU Win XP 1963, Win 7 2520, Win 7-bios 1262 -99% why is the cpu running half speed?
    2D Graphics Win XP 896, Win 7 393 - 40% of its capacity is inexplicable?, Win 7-bios 395 +0.4% whoopie
3D Graphics Win XP 911, Win 7 968, Win 7-bios CRASHED DURING TEST!!! 0 score
    Memory Win XP 772, Win 7 919, Win 7-bios 919 same
    Disk Win XP 616 - Raid, Win 7 426 - SATA, Understandable, Win 7-bios 307 -50% Weird
CD Win XP 210, Win 7 720, Win 7-bios DVD READ ERROR DURING TEST!!! 0 score
    PassMark Win XP 1046 , Win 7 1167, Win 7-bios 623 -87%

Please help me, each time I try to fix Windows 7 the slower the computer gets.

How do I put in DX10.1?
My system is running on DX10.0 now and I have tried DXSETUP in the SDK
My system is very unstable, PassMark Performance test, COD4 and UT2004 will no longer run.

I found that I should be using GeForce driver 185.20 for x64 Vista.
Nvidia driver 185.85 has some problems.
    185.20 is working, for now

    My 3D is dead now.

If I try to run ANY 3D application the computer will crash, every time.
    GeForce 185.20
    nForce 15.25
