This has been a big problem for me. I have a new dell inspiron that i had to install a new hard drive in, factory restored setting, everything is new, I have not changed a thing but I cannot right click.

I have changed the settings for the button, got into the registry editor, could not find/did not exist for the nocontextview [forget the exact name, but I tried everything I could find for this problem], so I added it , set value to 0 and nothing.

any other ideas?? I'm going crazy trying to figure this out!! theres nothing stuck in the button, i've even tried cleaning it.
