my keyboard repeats the same number or letter when you hit it. another words if you hit t you will get tttt or tt. you never know. If you are playing a game, that you hit keyboard for 1 card you may get 5 or 6 different different cards. any ideas

Have you tried using a different keyboard and played around with the keybaord's settings in the control panel.

Stationary or laptop, you should have the keyboard in the Control Panel. Open it and slow down the repeat delay.
