Standard Dell Mouse wont work after clean install!

Hello,

I did a clean install from vista 32 to 7 32 and now the standard dell mouse (picture in link below) wont work! No life in it at all, the normal red light on the bottom of it is not even on, when i plug it into my Dell Latitude D530 Laptop it does not even do the normal thing your computer normally does.

I need my mouse asap so any help will be a big help!!!

Have you tried other usb ports? Do other usb devices work.
