No Backup locked up, and can't clear it
That's the situation, I tried to do a backup, it would not let me save to the network folder I always use, because Microsoft has decided to force us to use passwords even if we don't need or want them. So, I tried to use the dvd option, it said incompatible media(?(it said dvd, I used a dvd but it's not compatible?)). Any way then I tried to use a flash drive. At this point, that was almost two weeks ago, and the action center is still telling me that it did not complete, and I need to finish it.
I have rebooted several times, tried to finish running it several times. Tried to find it in task manager with no luck.
How do I reset the program, so that it does not keep showing an incomplete operation?
