    Program stopped working

    Hey everyone, 9 months ago i bought a computer. it worked really well for 2 months but then something suddenly happend.

    Everytime i start a program that requires Internett like: Mozillafirefox ( browsers in general). steam, skype, call of duty or other games for that matter...
    It take so long time to start, i press steam for eksemple and a program stopped working message comes up, then i wait 20-30 seconds then it works automaticly, ive been living with this for 7 months but now its enough...

    I hope someone can help me with this issue i will post my specs bellow



    CPU: AMD ATHLON II 640 QUAD CORE 3.0GHZ

    GPU: ATI RADEON HD 5770 1GB.

    RAM: 4GB CRUCIAL DD3, CL9

    MOTHERBOARD: MSI 770 C-45,SOCKET AM3, DD3

    OP: WIN 7 64BIT

    HARDRIVE: WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR SE16 500GB SATA2
