Windows 7 and Hosted Exchange Problems

Hi,

I have a hosted exchange email account that I normally just open the configuration file and it sets up outlook with all the settings etc, it asked me to enter my user name and password and then it configures itself. This does not seem to work with Windows 7 and I just keep getting the prompt asking for my username and password over and over again.

Anyone had this problem and if so do you know how to solve it?

Yes. What you have to do is enter your credentials in the format of domain\username instead of username@domain.com.

I have the same problem and have not found a fix. And to the reply about entering the domain, I do, but that doesn't make a difference.
