Desktop freeze, explorer.exe issue

sometimes my desktop freeze, i can't right or left click on anything, only the Taskbar is running, after searching for a solution i found that i can fix it temporarily by opening task manager and end "explorer.exe" process and then begin a new task for it....it was fixed but the problem repeatedso i need a permanent solution for this bug....please help me it's really annoying

What are you using for AV and other security like firewall and maleware? Do you have any automatic backup software?
