    After starting my computer, after about 2 minutes of running my computer goes to blue screen and executes a minidump. Same thing happens in safe mode but it takes a few minutes longer to happen.

    Here is the latest dump file from C:\windows\minidump

    Can anyone help me resolve this prolem? >.< thank you in advance

    Re: Blue Screen/Minidump problem

    A single dump is a bit limiting but we can take it as face value for now and assume that;
    tmcomm.sys Trend Micro Internet Security/ Housecall scanner is not playing nice with mbamservice.exe MalwareBytes.
    Code:
    BugCheck C2, {7, 109b, 0, fffffa8008d4c910}
    Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\tmcomm.sys, Win32 error 0n2

    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for tmcomm.sys

    Probably caused by : tmcomm.sys ( tmcomm+c86b )

    The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc.

    How you deal with that is up to you. My suggestion would be to uninstall Trend Micro House Call and consider replacing it with Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials
    If Blue Screens persist after taking care of the above recommendations;
    First make sure your machine is configured properly to facilitate the collection of .dmp files.
    Go to Start and type in sysdm.cpl and press Enter
    Click on the Advanced tab
    Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
    Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
    Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
    Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
    Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
    Then:
    Please read the first post in this sticky thread here How to ask for help with a BSOD problem
    Do your best to accumulate the data required.
    Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
    Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
    Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
    Additionally, if you haven’t already, please take some time and fill out your system specs in your forum profile area Help Us To Help You By Filling In Your System Specs. .
    Good luck
    Randy

    Re: Blue Screen/Minidump problem

    Hi

    Dump Trend Micro, install Microsoft Security Essentials, keep Malwarebytes.
    Install and run CCleaner.

    I'm betting that will solve your problems.

    Mike
