Windows live mail - How do you turn it off

I use "Microsoft Outlook" 2003 as my Email program. I am happy with it and I know how to do what I want on it. Since I got Windows 7, whenever I go to a website and select "contact us" Windows live mail pops up and I cant figure how to shut it off and just go to "Outlook"
I would rather not even have this program on my machine.
Any suggestions?

Just click the start orb and type
default programs
and hit enter
or
Open the control panel, change Category: view top right, to Small Icons and select default programs
Using either technique select "Set your default programs" link
Select Microsoft Outlook in the left column and then click the Set this program as default link
That should do it. If not post back and let us know.
