Lost outlook and account settings after BSOD

I have 4 user accounts and Im an admin. After reboot the other 3 accounts seem fine but office apps when i launch are as if im installing for the first time and ive lost all my contacts, folders etc in outlook 2007(i had to start from scratch using the wizard). HOWEVER.....all my mail files still exist in my hard drive i just need to import them somehow its very odd. Also my background had reverted to thw windows default. Im assuming its a registry error of some sort ....any thought on how I can fix it?Settings in IE also as if ive never used it but favorites etc are still there.
