Realtek ALC861VD 6-Channel HD Audio
I have a gigabyte p4m900-m4 motherboard in my custom built computer. I have recently been trying to use the output on the built in sound card to supply my subwoofer. I used to be able to do this a few years ago without a problem. But now that I am running windows 7 I do not seem to be able to find a driver / control panel that will install correctly.
For sound my motherboard has Realtek ALC861VD 6-Channel HD Audio
If anyone has some input on this matter it would be great. With XP there used to be a control panel for the sound that would let you designate what each output on the sound would do. I need to get this feature back.
