    XP style won't go away!

So, this morning my computer had to go through startup repair but when my computer rebooted afterwards, everything was classic XP style. Ever since this morning I've been unable to change it back to my custom visual styles like Appows Nite and Leopard OSX. I've tried going through performance information and tools, but still no luck; it makes it look like regular Windows 7 aero style, but not my other installed themes.

Please tell me there's a solution, cause this sucks. Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Did it just repair or did it do a repair install?

If it did a repair installation then it resets everything back to default settings.
Which is what it sounds like to me.

If so you may find a folder someplace names Windows.old, it may have some of the stuff you are looking for in it.

Otherwise you may have to find your old themes and download them again.

    Mike
