Hibernate problem windows 7
Hi I have a major problem with this board.
I'm using it as a HTPC.
I have set windows to automatic go to S4 Hibernate when the machine is not in use, when Ia scheduled record is to be started the machine wakes up record and hibernate again. OR it did so the first 3 days.
On the 1st of August I upgraded to the newest BIOS from ASUS for the board. Now when the machine goes into hibernate it wakes up after 2 to 5 minutes and is "dead". It do not record or anything. I can not wake the machine. I have to turn off the power completely to get the machine started again. Is there a problem with the newest BIOS ?
My setup is:
Board: ASUS P8H61-m Pro
RAM: Kingston DDR3 ram 2 GB
CPU: Intel Core i3 2100
HDD: Western Digital Green Caviar
Hope that someone can help me, this is driving me crazy.
