    Hi,

    the driver causing the above issue is from Pixart: Welcome to Pixart Imaging Inc. and is related a camera or similar.

    GUCI_AVS GUCI_AVS.sys Fri Nov 14 06:44:01 2008

    You notice it is well out of date. Please update.

    I also notice your bios is old:
    BiosVendor = American Megatrends Inc.
    BiosVersion = V1.11
    BiosReleaseDate = 04/20/2011
    SystemManufacturer = MSI
    SystemProductName = MS-7642
    SystemFamily = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
    SystemVersion = 1.0
    SystemSKU = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
    BaseBoardManufacturer = MSI
    BaseBoardProduct = 890GXM-G65 (MS-7642)
    BaseBoardVersion = 1.0

    Please update: MSI Global ? Mainboard - 890GXM-G65

    Lastly this may just be an indication of bad RAM. Try swopping the modules around as well as running the app found here on each stick individually.
