Low video streaming quality

Hey,

I just installed Windows 7 Beta, and the first thing I noticed is the quality I'm getting in video streams.
For example in YouTube; the videos are just shown in lower quality.
I've compared the quality with the second PC I have, that have Windows XP Pro installed on it, and confirmed that the quality is really worse.

Anyone noticed this?

Make sure you are using the latest version of flash and your display drivers are up-to-date. Also, does this occur in multiple browsers, eg: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome? There is also a setting if you are logged into your Youtube account under Playback options to always play higher quality when available (but this is probably not the issue).

Happens on both browsers, and I have a the latest flash version.
Btw, maybe this have something to do with this? Poor video quality
