LOL. They haven't released one yet and are starting another.

But really 7 should of been service pack 3 for vista. Like the superbar downloadable and the other features in the service pack.

Then this windows 8 be windows 7.

But looks like not many will upgrade. It will be in 64-bit only. When alot of computers are 32-bit and their are hardly any 62-bit drivers around.

There will be plenty upgrade to Win 8 my friend, even if it is only 64-bit.. The amount of 64-bit users has tripled since this time last year and it is only going to increase with the launch of windows 7.. Driver support is getting MUCH better for 64-bit as well as compatibility and functionality.. I don't think MS needs to worry about people not upgrading just because it's 64-bit only..

All good lets get past 32 -bit and move on . Did post a small news thing a time back about MS looking for people to work on windows 8 .
Its inevitable MS want to be in cutting edge mood and sure looks that way . They are forging ahead .
Lots of surprises in store . Hung on the ride is awesome

Almost every PC sold now is 64-bit compatible so like I said, it really won't be a problem for most..

The same goes for cpu's.. almost every cpu being made now is 64-bit compatible.. Once people who currently own 32-bit only hardware see the gains that 64-bit has to offer, upgrading won't be such a hard decision to make..

It's no different than when we went from 16-bit to 32-bit.. Some held on the 16-bit to the bitter end but even they eventually caved and upgraded.. The same will happen with 64-bit my friend.. It may take a bit longer but it'll happen..

And I was excited about 7 reaching RTM soon. I thought that 8 and Midori were two different OS's. Anyone read the comments? Rumors of a Midori subscription fee

I did catch that.. That's one of those details that will more than likely change 100 times over between now and the Windows 8 release date..
