VPN doesn't seem to work

Hi,

I am trying to establish a vpn connection to my work, copied the exact settings as set in XP but it doesn't work. As the screen for configuring is slightly different I wonder wether there is a setting that is standard to vista but not to XP that I didn't find but needs changing.

Or is it possible that the server that I am trying to connect to somehow doesn't like Vista

I am testing with the RC2 candidate and I had to downgrade to .Net 1.1 for a work-specific App.

In what way are you using to connect VPN?
you know that Cisco has a new installation for Vista and it works.

I had the same problem and got that damn thing working now.
Solution: The Client must have MS-CHAP v2 and your VPN Server, too. But: NOTHING ELSE. If there are more than 2 methodes, it looks like Vista have some problems.
