Free SP1 Tech support from MS (until March 18 2009)

As the title suggests MS are offering free unlimited support for those having problems with SP1 until March 2009. Access the support here:

Very interesting article!
I suppose there are two ways of looking at this gesture.
For one you have to applaud what appears to be a generous offer of help & support for 12 months
On the other you have to think why should Microsoft need to make such a generous concession. In other words, is there a doubt in their own minds regarding SP1 being "customer friendly" or even is it a "damage limitation exercise" for Vista????????
Anyone else have any thoughts????????
