Question Connected but can't open anything in a browser

So, when I try to connected to a public wireless network my computer starts "acquiring network address", and this is what the status says during connecting: Click image for larger version.

After that for a second it says Limited or no connectivity and then it says this: Click image for larger version.

When I try to open a page in a browser I get this:

Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.

I tried renewing my IP address in CMD and I got this:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Nesa>ipconfig /renew
    Windows IP Configuration

No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection while it has its media di
    sconnected.
An error occurred while renewing interface Wireless Network Connection : unable
to contact your DHCP server. Request has timed out.

After that I used the command ipconfig /all to see if PC found the DHCP server and I got this:

    Windows IP Configuration

After that I tried pinging the DHCP server and I sent 4 packets, received 0, so 100% loss.
Does anyone know what should I do? I'm really desperate.
