    Help about changing operating systems

    hi guys i would like to change my operating sytem. from Windows XP 64 bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.. i would like suggestions wich i should choose for online gaming..
    i would also like a link for downloading win 7 ultimate 32 bit ty.. =)

    First it probably needs to be said that you cannot upgrade from 64bit architecture to 32bit architecture or vice versa without performing a custom clean install.
    Second with respect to online gaming, I would think that, that would be more dependent on your hardware (processor CPU, memory, Video GPU, etc.,) more so than the operating system.
    And third, there are many resources where you can obtain an ISO for Windows 7 Download Windows 7 Integrated With SP1 ISO – Official Direct Download Links

    I would strongly recommend to use a 64bit version. There is absolutely no reason these days to use a 32bit OS. And as Trouble said, the OS edition will not make any difference.
